Two Hubs, One Crew 雙錨點 · 深度工作假期
A small cohort of around 40 nomads co-works and stays across two anchor hubs in Hualien for twelve days. Culture day-trips radiate from the hubs, so there's no overnight logistics. A high-trust community forms here — then travels together to Taitung for the main month.約 40 人小梯次於花蓮雙錨點共同工作 + 住宿 12 天，文化日遊從據點發散、不過夜；高信任社群於此成形，再同車前往台東。

Two days inside the workation become a full conference — keynotes, breakout talks across two rooms, an unconference open space, and lightning talks, capped by an after-party. The theme: exploring the infinite possibilities of future work.工作假期中間的兩天升級為正式研討會：主題演講、雙軌分場、Unconference 開放空間與閃電講，最後以 After-Party 收尾。主題：探索未來工作的無限可能。
