Program A
Hualien Workation花蓮 Workation
2 weeks · ConferenceApr 19 – May 2

Concentrated conference shifts at a few venues: registration, stage and AV, session hosting, hospitality and photo/media. Best if you like a busy, fixed base and a clear schedule.集中在少數場館的研討會班次：報到、舞台與影音、議程主持、接待與攝影紀錄。適合喜歡固定據點、節奏緊湊、班表明確的人。

Taitung Nomad台東 Nomad 主月
4 weeks · Month-longMay 1 – 28

Roving crew across Nanhui, the Rift Valley, the coast and the city: activity support, local liaison, transport, outdoor and water-safety help. Best if you like variety, the outdoors and longer stays.跨區移動的工作團隊，行經南迴、縱谷、海岸與市區：活動支援、在地聯絡、交通接駁、戶外與水域安全協助。適合喜歡多樣、戶外與較長停留的人。

Volunteer Roles 志工角色

Tell us your top two or three roles when you sign up. No experience needed for most — we train on-site and pair newcomers with experienced crew.報名時請填寫你最想擔任的兩到三個角色。多數角色無需經驗，現場會教學，並安排新手與資深夥伴搭檔。

Stage & AV Crew舞台與影音

Mics, slides, timing and speaker support across the conference tracks.麥克風、簡報、計時與講者支援，協助研討會各分軌。

Taitung
Activity Crew活動執行

Set up, guide and run workshops, tours and outdoor sessions across the four zones.在四個區域協助布置、帶領與執行工作坊、走讀與戶外活動。

Photo & Media攝影與媒體

Capture photos and short video, gather clips for socials and the final report.拍攝照片與短片，蒐集社群與結案報告所需素材。

Hospitality & Translation接待與翻譯

Help international guests with directions, language and a friendly first point of contact.協助國際來賓指引、語言溝通，成為親切的第一線聯絡人。

Taitung
Transport & Logistics交通與後勤

Shuttle coordination, gear moves and supply runs between zones and venues.接駁協調、器材搬運與跨區補給，串連各區域與場地。

App & Tech Support應用程式與技術

Help participants use the TDF app, troubleshoot check-in and keep the info desk running.協助參與者使用活動應用程式、排除報到問題並顧好服務台。

Taitung
Water & Outdoor Safety水域與戶外安全

Support coaches on coast and Green Island sessions; relevant certs are a plus.協助海岸與綠島活動的教練；具相關證照尤佳。

Local Liaison在地聯絡

Bridge shops, venues and communities; ideal for residents who know the area.串連店家、場域與社群，最適合熟悉在地的居民。

GrowthSkills

Real event experience, training, a reference on request and a record in the TDF app.真實活動經驗、教育訓練、可索取推薦，並於活動應用程式留下紀錄。

Volunteers are not paid; we cover on-shift meals and insurance. Accommodation support is limited and assessed case by case, especially for the longer Taitung Nomad commitment.志工為無給職；主辦提供值班餐食與保險。住宿協助名額有限、個案評估，尤其針對較長的台東 Nomad 服勤。

Who

Who Can Join 招募對象

Age 18+年滿 18 歲

Open to all backgrounds. Under-18s may join selected roles with a guardian's written consent.不限背景；未滿 18 歲經法定代理人書面同意可擔任部分角色。

Commitment服勤時數

A minimum of three shifts (Hualien) or four shifts spread across the month (Taitung). Flexible scheduling.花蓮至少 3 個班次，台東於主月內至少 4 個班次；班表可彈性安排。

Language語言

Mandarin or English is fine; bilingual volunteers are especially welcome for hospitality roles.中文或英文皆可；接待角色特別歡迎雙語志工。

Attitude態度

Reliable, friendly and happy to follow the crew lead and safety briefings.可靠、友善，願意配合工作團隊帶領與安全說明。

Send your name, contact, program, top roles, available dates, languages and any relevant skills or certs.提供姓名、聯絡方式、行程、想擔任角色、可服勤日期、語言與相關技能或證照。

03 / Match

The crew team matches you to roles and shifts, and shares the volunteer handbook and code of conduct.統籌團隊媒合角色與班次，並提供志工手冊與行為準則。

04 / Onboard

Join a short briefing (online or on-site), confirm your shifts and collect your crew kit.參加簡短說明（線上或現場），確認班次並領取工作裝備。

05 / Serve

Check in via the TDF app, run your shifts with the team, and help make TDF 2027 happen.以活動應用程式報到，與團隊一起完成班次，讓 TDF 2027 順利舉行。

Questions 常見問題

Do I need experience?需要經驗嗎？

No for most roles — we train on-site. Some roles (water safety, AV) value relevant experience or certs.多數角色不需要，現場會教學；部分角色（水域安全、影音）則重視相關經驗或證照。

Can I volunteer and still enjoy the festival?當志工還能享受活動嗎？

Yes. Shifts are scheduled so you have time to join talks and activities around them.可以。班表會安排空檔，讓你在值班之餘參與議程與活動。

Do volunteers get a ticket?志工有票券嗎？

Volunteering is not a paid ticket, but on-shift meals, insurance and activity access are provided.志工並非付費票券，但提供值班餐食、保險與活動參與。

I live in Taitung — can I just help locally?我住台東，能只在地幫忙嗎？

Yes. Local liaison and zone-based roles are perfect for residents who know the area.可以。在地聯絡與分區角色最適合熟悉當地的居民。
