A small cohort of around 40 nomads stays at Mu-Chan Hotel in Ji'an and works, meets and exchanges at Hualien Cloud Hub in Hualien City. Day-trips return to the same base, so there is no nightly room change.約 40 人以吉安的沐棧行旅與花蓮市的花蓮雲基地為雙錨點：在沐棧住宿休息，到雲基地共同工作、交流與參加部分活動；日遊結束後回到同一住宿，不必每天搬行李。

One continuous twelve-day flow — co-working days threaded with culture day-trips, Indigenous experiences and exchange nights, building to the one-day TDF Conference at its heart, then winding down into deep work and a creek-tracing closing day.連續十二天的節奏：共同工作日穿插文化日遊、原民體驗與交流之夜，旅程正中央是週六一整天的 TDF 研討會，最後回到深度工作，以荖溪溯溪作結。
