Two Hubs, One Crew 雙錨點 · 深度工作假期
A small cohort of around 40 nomads co-works and stays across two anchor hubs in Hualien for twelve days. Culture day-trips radiate from the hubs, so there's no overnight logistics. A high-trust community forms here — then travels together to Taitung for the main month.約 40 人小梯次於花蓮雙錨點共同工作 + 住宿 12 天，文化日遊從據點發散、不過夜；高信任社群於此成形，再同車前往台東。

Two days inside the workation become a full conference — keynotes, breakout talks across two rooms, an unconference open space, and lightning talks, capped by an after-party. The cohort stays and works across two anchor hubs. Festival Hotel (節慶旅宿) is home base — check-in, co-working, welcome and long-table dinners all happen here — while the Hualien Cloud Hub is the shared lounge where the crew bonds. Budget-minded nomads can opt for a partner hostel nearby.梯次以雙錨點生活與工作。節慶旅宿為住宿主據點——報到、共同工作、迎賓與長桌晚宴都在此；花蓮雲基地則是凝聚情誼的共享交誼廳。重視預算者可選鄰近的合作青旅。
