Proposal-based Participation 地方商家提案補助

Shops, venues, makers and local teams apply through one proposal-based program and choose the track that matches what they want to deliver. Selected proposals join the official TDF 2027 program, map and international promotion.店家、場域、職人與在地團隊統一採提案制，依想執行的內容選擇提案類別；入選後納入 TDF 2027 正式節目、地圖與國際宣傳。

Competitive grants for proposals that connect at least 3 shops, venues, teams or communities into 2-4 activities or one regional experience route.擇優補助。串聯至少 3 個店家、場域、團隊或社群，產出 2-4 場活動或一條區域體驗路線。

Competitive grants for one shop, small team or venue to host at least 1 public activity, with 20+ participants recommended.擇優補助。單一商家、小團隊或場域可申請，至少辦理 1 場公開活動，建議目標 20 人以上。

01 / Intent

Send an email or official form with shop details, proposal summary, region, budget range and any matching support needed.先填線上表單，寫下店家資料、提案摘要、活動區域、預算，以及需要主辦方協助的地方。

02 / Submission

Download appendices A/B/C and the checklist, then submit the application, plan, budget, consents and conflict-of-interest statement.下載附件 A/B/C 與檢核表，提交申請表、計畫書、預算、個資同意、合作同意與利益迴避聲明。

03 / Eligibility

The organizer checks qualification, document completeness, execution area, track limits and duplicate funding conflicts.確認申請資格、文件完整性、執行地點、組別限制與重複補助排除。

04 / Review

Written scoring is followed by a presentation or Q&A if needed; selected partners are announced on the TDF 2027 site.書面評分，必要時安排簡報或答詢；入選名單於 TDF 2027 官網公告。

05 / Publish

Selected teams revise the plan, provide TDF app agenda/map data, and support check-in codes during the activity.依審查意見修正計畫，提供活動應用程式議程與地圖資料，活動現場配合報到碼報到。

Clear goals, steps, schedule, budget, staffing, venue, instructors, insurance and delivery capacity.目標、步驟、期程、預算、團隊分工、場地、講師、保險與執行能力是否合理。

Public Impact公共影響力

Cross-shop, cross-community or cross-region collaboration that brings TDF participants and local residents together.是否促進跨店家、跨社群、跨區域合作，並帶動 TDF 參與者與在地居民互動。

Promotion & Records成果推廣與行銷

Ability to provide activity information, photos, video, outcome records and materials for the TDF app, socials and final report.是否能提供活動資訊、照片影片、成果紀錄，並配合活動應用程式、社群與結案報告。

After the revised plan is approved, submit the revised plan, receipt, declaration and required consent documents.通過修正計畫後，繳交修正計畫、領據、切結與必要同意文件，即可請領頭款。

Balance
Final Payment 70%尾款 70%

After outcomes and expenses are approved, submit the final report, media, income/expense list, receipts and license files.活動完成並通過成果與核銷後，繳交成果報告、照片影片、收支清單、憑證與授權文件，即可請領尾款。

Eligible costs include temporary staffing, instructors, design, printing, materials, venues, equipment, insurance and simple meals or drinks. Capital purchases, fixed salaries, office rent, fixed utilities, prizes, souvenirs, banquets and routine activities are not covered. See appendix C for details.可支應項目包含非固定人事、講師、設計、印刷、材料、場地、器材、保險、誤餐茶水等；不支應資本門、固定薪資、辦公租金、固定水電、獎品、伴手禮、餐敘、例行性活動等。詳細規則請見附件 C。

Questions 常見問題

Is local registration required?一定要在地設籍嗎？

No. The proposal must take place in a TDF 2027 host area and connect clearly to the festival.不一定，但提案內容須在 TDF 2027 活動場域執行，並與節慶有清楚連結。

Can one shop apply?單一店家能申請嗎？

Yes. A single shop should usually apply for the Shop Event track; collaborations across 3+ shops, venues or teams can apply for the Theme Collaboration track.可以，建議申請商家活動案；若串聯 3 個以上店家、場域或團隊，可申請主題串聯案。

Can shops join without funding?不申請補助也能參與嗎？

Yes. Apply as a partner shop for free international exposure through the TDF app map, local guide and festival promotion.可以申請合作店家，免費收錄於活動應用程式地圖、地方指南與節慶國際宣傳。

Do activities need to be free?活動一定要免費嗎？

No. Activities can be paid or discounted according to the TDF ticket and activity model, but pricing must be clear in the proposal.不一定。活動可依 TDF 票券與活動分類設計收費或折扣，但需在提案中清楚列出。
