Two Ways to Partner 兩種合作方式

TDF 2027 runs as two distinct programs, and partners can join either or both. Hualien Workation is a collaboration track for venues and makers; Taitung Nomad is a funded grant for local businesses.TDF 2027 分為兩個獨立行程，夥伴可擇一或兩者皆參與。花蓮 Workation 為場域與店家的合作軌，台東 Nomad 為地方商家的補助計畫。

Hualien Workation

Conference Collaboration 花蓮 · 合作夥伴

Preview. Hualien Workation is a two-week conference workation (Apr 19 – May 2, 2027). We partner with local venues and makers to host parts of the program. This is a collaboration track — in-kind, revenue-share or co-hosted — agreed case by case, not a cash grant. Final terms and a partner form will be confirmed before launch.預告。 花蓮 Workation 為兩週的研討會 Workation（2027/4/19–5/2）。我們與在地場域與店家合作，承接部分節目。此為合作軌（實物、分潤或共同主辦），採個案議定，非現金補助；正式條件與夥伴表單將於上線前確認。

Taitung Nomad

Local Business Funding 台東 · 地方商家補助

TDF 2027 is not a one-day market. It is a 28-day Taitung Nomad month where international and local remote workers live, work and explore through the city, valley, coast and Nanhui. Selected local partners become part of the official program, map and check-in record.TDF 2027 不是一天的市集，而是 28 天台東主月：國內外數位遊牧者會在市區、縱谷、海岸與南迴生活、工作與探索。入選店家將進入正式節目、地圖與報到紀錄。

Competitive grants for one shop, small team or venue to host at least 1 public activity, with 20+ participants recommended.擇優補助。單一商家、小團隊或場域可申請，至少辦理 1 場公開活動，建議目標 20 人以上。

01 / Intent

Send an email or official form with shop details, proposal summary, region, budget range and any matching support needed.先用 email 意向信或後續正式表單提供店家資料、提案摘要、區域、預算級距與是否需要媒合協助。

02 / Submission

Download appendices A/B/C and the checklist, then submit the application, plan, budget, consents and conflict-of-interest statement.下載附件 A/B/C 與檢核表，提交申請表、計畫書、預算、個資同意、合作同意與利益迴避聲明。

03 / Eligibility

The organizer checks qualification, document completeness, Taitung execution, track limits and duplicate funding conflicts.確認申請資格、文件完整性、台東縣內執行、組別限制與重複補助排除。

04 / Review

Written scoring is followed by a presentation or Q&A if needed; selected partners are announced on the TDF 2027 site.書面評分，必要時安排簡報或答詢；入選名單於 TDF 2027 官網公告。

05 / Publish

Selected teams revise the plan, provide TDF app agenda/map data, and support check-in codes during the activity.依審查意見修正計畫，提供活動應用程式議程與地圖資料，活動現場配合報到碼報到。

After the revised plan is approved, submit the revised plan, receipt, declaration and required consent documents.通過修正計畫後，繳交修正計畫、領據、切結與必要同意文件。

Phase 2
Midterm Payment 40%第 2 期款 40%

After the midterm report is approved, submit progress, schedule, early materials and budget execution details.通過期中報告後，繳交進度、活動排程、初步素材與預算執行情形。

Phase 3
Final Payment 30%第 3 期款 30%

After outcomes and expenses are approved, submit the final report, media, income/expense list, receipts and license files.通過成果與核銷後，繳交成果報告、照片影片、收支清單、憑證與授權文件。

Eligible costs include temporary staffing, instructors, design, printing, materials, venues, equipment, insurance and simple meals or drinks. Capital purchases, fixed salaries, office rent, fixed utilities, prizes, souvenirs, banquets and routine activities are not covered. See appendix C for details.可支應項目包含非固定人事、講師、設計、印刷、材料、場地、器材、保險、誤餐茶水等；不支應資本門、固定薪資、辦公租金、固定水電、獎品、伴手禮、餐敘、例行性活動等。詳細規則請見附件 C。

For Taitung, email the shop/team name, contact person, region, target track, 100-word idea summary, planned location, expected attendance and estimated grant range. For Hualien, describe your venue or offer and how you'd like to collaborate. Questions 常見問題

Do applicants need Taitung registration?一定要台東籍嗎？

No. The project must happen in Taitung County and connect clearly to the TDF 2027 Taitung Nomad month.不一定，但計畫實施內容必須在台東縣內，且需能連到 TDF 2027 台東主月。

Can one shop apply?單一店家能申請嗎？

Yes. A single shop should usually apply for the Shop Event track; collaborations across 3+ shops, venues or teams can apply for the Theme Collaboration track.可以，建議申請商家活動案；若串聯 3 個以上店家、場域或團隊，可申請主題串聯案。

Can non-selected shops still join?未入選還能參與嗎？

Yes. Apply as an app place to appear in the TDF app map and local guide without using grant budget.可以申請合作登錄店家，進入活動應用程式地圖與地方指南，不佔補助預算。

Do activities need to be free?活動一定要免費嗎？

No. Activities can be paid or discounted according to the TDF ticket and activity model, but pricing must be clear in the proposal.不一定。活動可依 TDF 票券與活動分類設計收費或折扣，但需在提案中清楚列出。
