What we collect我們蒐集什麼

Account (Google sign-in name, email, avatar), profile fields you fill in, orders and tickets (payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number), invoice details you provide, check-in records, and applications you submit as a speaker, volunteer or partner. Analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Brevo) run only after you accept the cookie banner.帳號（Google 登入的姓名、email、頭像）、你填寫的個人資料、訂單與票券（付款由 Stripe 處理，我們不會取得卡號）、你提供的發票資訊、報到紀錄，以及你以講者、志工或合作夥伴身分送出的申請。分析工具（Google Analytics、Meta Pixel、Brevo）只在你同意 cookie 橫幅後才啟用。

Why用途

To sell and deliver tickets, run check-in, review applications, send transactional email, and report attendance counts required by Hualien and Taitung county subsidies. Marketing email only with your consent; every message carries an unsubscribe link.用於售票與交付、報到、審核申請、寄送交易通知，以及花蓮縣、台東縣補助所需的出席人數統計。行銷郵件僅在你同意後寄送，每封都附退訂連結。

Sponsorship proposal requests贊助簡報索取

Effective September 14, 2026本節自 2026 年 9 月 14 日起生效。

When you request a proposal, we collect your company / brand, contact name, email, optional message, submission time and consent version. TDNA uses this to provide the proposal and follow up on sponsorship. Our team is notified at sponsorship@taiwandigitalfest.com. This does not subscribe you to newsletters. Request records are retained for 12 months; email copies follow the same period and are removed by our team. To access, correct or delete these details, contact sponsorship@taiwandigitalfest.com. Providing the required fields is optional, but necessary to obtain the proposal through this form.索取簡報時，協會蒐集公司／品牌、聯絡人、Email、選填需求、送出時間與同意版本，用於提供簡報及後續贊助聯繫，並通知 sponsorship@taiwandigitalfest.com 團隊信箱。此行為不會訂閱電子報。索取紀錄保存 12 個月，通知信副本由團隊依相同期間清理。可來信申請查閱、更正或刪除資料；你可選擇不提供必填資料，但將無法透過此表單取得簡報。

Location and check-in data位置與報到資料

Check-in stores which ticket entered which session and when. We do not track your location continuously and do not keep raw movement trails.報到只記錄哪張票在何時進入哪個場次；我們不持續追蹤位置，也不保留原始移動軌跡。

Retention保存期限

Order and check-in records are kept for the subsidy audit period (up to 5 years) in a form that no longer identifies you after the festival. Applications are kept for 12 months after the decision. Sessions expire automatically.訂單與報到紀錄依補助核銷需求保存最長 5 年，活動結束後以去識別化形式保存；申請資料在審核決定後保存 12 個月；登入 session 會自動過期。

Your rights你的權利

Download everything we hold about you from My TDF → Account → Download my data, correct your profile any time, or request deletion from the same page. We complete deletion within 30 days, keeping only anonymised records the law requires.你可以在「我的 TDF → 帳號 → 下載我的資料」取得完整資料、隨時修改個人資料，或在同一頁申請刪除帳號。我們會在 30 天內完成刪除，僅保留法律要求的去識別化紀錄。
